The use of this website is subject to this Privacy Policy. Users must read all the terms below to verify their agreement. Tânia Silva Coelho collects user data through her website. Generally, data is collected when the user subscribes to the Newsletter via the form available on the site, or when the contact form is used on the “Contact” page. 1. d) Restriction of processing

You have the right to obtain restriction of processing when one of the following applies: a) You contest the accuracy of the data, for a period enabling verification; b) The processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the data and request restriction instead; c) The data is no longer needed, but is required by you for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; d) You have objected to processing, pending verification of whether legitimate grounds override yours.

When processing is based on legitimate interest, you may object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation. The controller shall no longer process the data unless there are compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. If your data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time, including profiling related to such marketing. In this case, your data will no longer be processed for such purposes.

1. f) Right to data portability

You have the right, under the law, to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another controller without hindrance, where: a) Processing is based on consent or a contract; and b) Processing is carried out by automated means.

1. g) Right to withdraw consent at any time

If processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
