The controller shall no longer process the data unless there are compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. In this case, your data will no longer be processed for such purposes.

You have the right, under the law, to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another controller without hindrance, where: a) Processing is based on consent or a contract; and b) Processing is carried out by automated means.
